Fair enough. I practically never drink on planes, so free booze is essentially worthless to me.
Honestly, I can't recall any flight I've ever been on where, if the airline had contacted me 24 hours before the flight and said "we'll give you $10 in cash for every flight hour, if you agree that there will be no cabin service whatsoever (no food or beverage at all)" where I wouldn't have happily taken the money.
