I'm planning a trip to SIN for mid-March. I'm trying to avoid ORD, so I'm looking at the following choices for my return:

1. xNRT(2h 5m connection)-xIAH(1h 44m connection) on 789
2. xNRT(3h 15m connection)-xDEN(3h 40m connection) on 788

I'm leaning towards 2 because of the longer connection times, but should I be worried of possible weather in DEN mid-March? With IAH I'm worried about the short connection time, not as much for immigration lines but for the lack of a premier lane at security after customs.

There's also

3. xHKG(2h 50m connection)-xSFO(3h 37m connection) on 744

But flying in Y, I'm not sure the 744 is a good choice. How's whether in SFO mid-March, by the way?

I would appreciate your input on this.
