I'm not saying I agree, but it has nothing to do with earning mikes on XIO fares.
But wait a minute, LH booked me from I to J and gave me full miles, that was due to IIROPS 2 years ago. They cancelled my MUC to FRA flight for a connection to DEL. They then rebooked us on MUC-BOM-DEL and the best surprise, in "C"!!! They also routed us on Jet in J from BOM to DEL, our ultimate destination. I have proof of it.
That is one classy airline!!!
