I would rate it overall as 'somewhat upper end of good, but not close to being excellent/outstanding' if JL F Japanese meals were served on the ground.
This is due to some dishes not being particularly good even though some of them are really good.
However, as far as in-flight catering goes, I would rate it as "very, very good" to "excellent".
