The other thing you noted about the TPs and avios was a result of the UuA you did which sometimes causes the flights to post as ineligible. This is a relatively common issue. As (I think) you paid for CW and then UuA'ed to F you will be due TPs and avios for J. Just call BA and they should sort it fairly quickly.

Just for the record, and before Kgmm77 suggests otherwise, I am not blaming you for this issue either. It is unfortunately due to BA.
