Also ESTAs do not carry across to a new passport - they are linked to a specific passport number and if you change your passport you need to apply for a new one. You can't change the passport number for an exiting ESTA. That is something you should really have checked yourself beforehand.
Really not sure KARFA. Think i may have a bad luck FF number or something.

ESTA thing 100% not their fault. I never gave it a single thought even although i had just renewed my wifes 2 days earlier as hers had run out.
