Apparently the terms are the exact opposite of outdated (an agent very helpfully/patronisingly explained that sometimes different credit cards have different conditions, and it's changed since I took out the card to become a calendar year) - though I'm convinced it's a lie.
I exhausted Lloyds complaint procedure in the space of a few hours so they don't seem to be willing to give in. I may try the ombudsman, though as my conditions apparently state it's the anniversary date not calendar year I don't know if they're at all likely to agree with me (but Lloyds effectively being fined regardless of outcome is quite appealing! ).
