I highly doubt it, getting credit anyway. I've been rebooked numbers of times into full Y, J, and F as stated on my boarding pass and booking online from award flights at the lounge. I've never gotten any miles. Once, I was rebooked because of my original flight being absolutely delayed, borderline canceled and the next flight having no award seats available. I'm sure they notate the ticket number or something stating that it's non credit earning. If you get credit, don't tell anyone and don't argue when they deduct back. If you don't get credit, don't try to receive credit it's not worth the risk.
