Welcome to FT! I can't answer all of your questions, but...

For SIN-HKG in SQ 380 suites, I don't think it will make much difference which window seat you pick. The only difference I can think of is that you might get served first in row 1, but the service is so excellent and efficient that even this is only a minor matter.

I believe there is a very nice, dedicated check-in area in SIN for F passengers.

It's worth getting to SIN early for your SIN-HKG flight to enjoy The Private Room (TPR), which is exclusively for SQ F passengers. Even entering it is an experience, as you first go through the regular SQ lounge, then the regular first class lounge (which I believe is for the highest elite SQ members and perhaps for passengers traveling in F on SQ partner airlines) and then finally the TPR. Superb service and ambiance in TPR, including breakfast made to order, very nice champagne and/or cappuccino, etc.

At check-in, they will direct you to TPR. Your boarding pass gets you in.

If you can handle that much food, maybe a nice breakfast at TPR and then something more lunch/dinner-like on the flight to HKG (though are you sure they won't be serving breakfast rather than lunch/dinner on that flight?). If you do have a choice of lunch/dinner, the lobster thermidor is great.

SIN is such a nice airport, that it's also worth wandering around before your flight (or perhaps upon arrival in SIN), in particular to check out it's beautiful Butterfly Garden. BUT I'm not sure what is open early in the morning, so you'd want to check on this before bothering to get there extra early.

No limo service to get to the plane.

In HKG, you'll have access to a number of very nice CX business lounges. My favorite is The Wing for its views of the airport and surrounding hills, but the Pier has been renovated in the past year or so and I read good things about it. One basis on which to choose is simply to pick the lounge closest to your departure gate, since HKG is a big airport.

I agree with the suggestion that seatguru.com is a decent (though not always perfect) resource for finding recommended seats on any given airline's planes.

Have a great trip!
