One would think Delta would save some money by eliminating a lot of phone calls, if Skymiles balance would show an asterisk with a note saying rollover miles willbe posted at a later date.
That would require the IT dept to do something that is useful. And more than likely they have no idea where the code is to run the program for roll over calculation.
