IT was actually pretty busy yesterday - 2 agents doing "regular" and one in the separate Executive class line. This was at about 11:45 a.m., when there are all the early afternoon flights going out. I'd estimate that the time involved in waiting for the bus, plus the long walk to the bus (talking about Terminal 1 here) makes it about a pick'em with going outside and then walking through the tunnel. Using the Flight Connections bus did have the big plus of bypassing Heathrow security, which can get pretty busy even using the Fast Track line at that time of day.
