The 380 in F is distinctly better than the 777, and a whole different planet from the 747. The cabin altitude is also set lower, so you feel more refreshed on an overnight.

That said, I wouldn't get silly to take it over a 777, which is perfectly nice, though I would go out of my way a bit to take it over the 747.

Based on the options you have, I would take the shortest possible domestic segment that connects to a 777 or 380.
