Why are you collecting ARG Pesos?
I got all my pesos from ATMs in BA. First withdrawal at the airport and 3 or 4 times in BA Recoletta. Took never more than I needed! It did not cost me a cent with my NetBank ATM card; no fees, nice rate.
BTW, how was Brazil? Is it safe?
