I'm a NYer (well, NJer) who relocated to Chicago 25+ years ago, so I have experiences with both.

Chicago is one of the top tourist destinations in the United States. What are your interests? Happy to suggest some sights that would meet your requirements.

American Airlines has daytime flights to London. Departs at 8:55 am and arrives at 10:40 pm.
Yeah, I stay there because I like the fact that it's quiet, I also like the park around there. The hotels are so expensive though, Holiday Inn wants £1,100 for 8 nights.

I thought my budget would've at least got me a decent hotel.
