Thanks for the responses Travel K and Exec. I guess by "a few days" I mean around 6 days or so. We want to honeymoon for close to 2 weeks and fear that we may run out of things to do in Fiji for that long.

As for NZ and Australia, I've checked flights and they're pretty pricy... around $300 RT pp. Is that typical? I've looked for budget airliners going to and from Fiji but could not find any.
