Yes, there were a couple of issues over 2015 but nothing that was not resolved with a polite conversation with the BRG Team.
Within the paset 48 hours I received 1 approval and 1 decline (which is an error), so I replied with a direct link once again and it was approved.
When compared against IHG, Hilton or Marriott, Starwood comes out first every time.
