It's a very nice hotel and like I said the service is just a bit better than the IC. But I think the IC is a better choice when you consider the value for what you get.

I had a drink at the Elephant bar at the IC and the service was very nice and personal. Also it has good spectator seats by the window. I then walked across the street to the FS bar and had several waiters come up to me and offer newspapers, snacks and a top up on my drink. The drink cost double what I paid at the IC, but it was worth it. It's up to you to decide, but I prefer to pay for a room the IC and enjoy the bar at the FS.
