I bought into all the hype and got the card. First attempt to get club level upgrade turned down because I did not have an "eligible" rate; I got it from the RC site. Looked at the fine print on airport lounge access and find out that you still have to pay to get in, the card just makes one eligible. None of these are clarified before you sign up. Let's see what happens after I reach 3K for my two free nights.
