The official MCT is 45 mins QR to QR. That is just about possible if your inbound flight is on-time, it arrives at a jet bridge, you know the airport well, transit security isn't busy and you can walk quickly. Otherwise, it's a little tight. Personally, I might chance it if there were regular flights to my destination.

Gates close 20 mins before departure.

Maybe the flight schedule changed slightly and the connection reduced from 45 mins to 40 ??
