The DBS Womens World Mastercard has to be bumped up in the list of best cards for earning miles. Confirmed they earn 4 miles (10x DBS points) for all online spend including those coming from Paypal, Uber and even flight or hotel bookings. So far only expedia or agoda promotions give higher miles, but they come with specific cards and many rules.
If it works well for you within its restrictions, then that's great. Keep in mind of the $2k limit per month, so chances are you'll hit the cap on some months especially when you are booking trips. After using this card for a while, I have now branched off with other cards to maximize my earnings.
