Hey all,

I am traveling to San Jose del Cabo, Mexico next weekend and I am wondering if there is any way to get a free checked bag to Mexico. I have the Citi Plat AA card and the Barclay Aviator and I have my AA frequent flyer number on the reservation but it seems like that would only entitle me to a free checked bag within the US or Canada. Is that correct? And if so, is there any possible way to get a free checked bag to Mexico (I don't have any status with AA)?
