Well it's in my collective agreement language. Perhaps it refers to BC Labour law https://www.labour.gov.bc.ca/esb/fac...y_holidays.htm. My collective agreement actually refers to super-stats at an even higher premium (ie. Christmas Day, Good Friday and Labour Day)
