Newark is a complete crapshoot.

For me "usually" is 15-20 minutes... Last time (early December) my bag was dropped within 30-45 seconds of my arriving at the belt [I was in the F cabin and we landed at C109 so it's not like it was a long hike either] -- was so stunned I checked the tags 3 or 4 times to make sure it was for the right flight, let alone my bag.

I don't think I've ever had an hour+ but I've had a number of "is this the right carousel/will bags for my flight ever drop?" delays...
