I don't understand how they can get to work with Norwegian or Danish calls if they are bad at understanding... Sure i May have some trouble if nynorsk is spoken rapidly, but any Swede having problems with bokmål spoken at a reasonable pace should not be working with customers in Norwegian!

And I agree - how can these agents work with Norwegian customers when they admit havng problems understaning Norwegian? I speak 100% bokmål and I dont speak fast.
