You press English as language and you should end up in Tallinn. Alternatively if you are Gold or higher, call outside of Sveg opening hours (something like 08.00-20.00 on weekdays).

I don't understand how they can get to work with Norwegian or Danish calls if they are bad at understanding... Sure i May have some trouble if nynorsk is spoken rapidly, but any Swede having problems with bokmål spoken at a reasonable pace should not be working with customers in Norwegian!
