Had two stays at the Hyatt Olive 8 in December and really appreciated the space in the Luxury Suite (using a DSU).

Breakfast is very generous with the benefit including up to 20% tip on top of the quoted allowance per person. The Crab Benedict lived up to expectations and were a highlight of the stays.

Location is perfect with the main shopping area down the road and convenient to Pike Place Market.

The tram from SEA was straightforward and felt comfortable using it at 10PM.
