I noted the same issue for flights to Europe with the master card promotion. The price has increased by SGD700 (from SGD1588 to SGD2797) after the new year.
There is a Multiple Surcharges (YRVA) and a Surcharge (YQAP) now.
Perhaps this explains TG's announcement that they will (finally) turn a profit next month . . . "If we just charge more for our tickets, we will make more money!"
