Hey and happy 2016! Emirates will only give you a free (visa/hotel/transportation/food&drink) if you qualify for Dubai connect service ( STPC) , Your stopover has to be over 6hrs and under 24hrs for F/J and must not be a Award Ticket or Promo fare ticker and you must be connecting on to the next available flight so if the next connecting flight is under the 6hr time frame you don't qualify ......

GOOD TIP - If you have Face book message them , ask if you qualify and they will get back to usually in under 15mins, better then email or call centre sometime
