You're a DM so you can get a ticket now and edit it for free as availability changes. It's more hassle, but don't forget that you get as many free changes as you want.
I've also found that making changes to an award ticket using the PM or DM lines tends to give a better chance to evade married segment logic that would cause it to price additively. My experience is, of course, very small in relation to the number of award tickets sold/flown, so YMMV.
