So, earlier this month, Zipcar charged the membership fee to my Amex. I looked on my Amex statement and lo-and-behold, they've charged me the insurance charge on the membership renewal fee!?

I asked about it through their live chat, and they opened a dispute for me. Today, however, I got a letter saying that the charge could not be reversed because of the "terms of the insurance"? I was under the impression that I would actually need to rent something for the insurance to be charged.

What am I supposed to do from here?
