ur different trains to get from JFK->EWR.
- JFK Airtran -> Jamaica
- LIRR -> NY Penn Station
- NJ Transit -> EWR Rail station
- EWR Airtrain -> Terminal
There should be enough time to make that connection if flights are running on-time.
If it's not too late to do so perhaps you can change the ticket to the ANA flight to IAH and then a much easier connection IAH-ATL?
