she has about 6 hours layover, but she has 2 big checked in bags and 1 backpack. Should she use airport transfer shuttle or try AirTrain -> Jamaica -> Penn Station -> NJ Airport -> AirTrain? She will be arriving JFK at 3:10 pm peak hours
