Funnny enough, the amounts in the chart for my recent flights, don't sum up to the number in the cool little dashboard gauge... such a basic function, one would think...

Looks like something location related changes the FP earning structure. You can see my AQD for an East West Connector Flex pass (same pass same month). The YYZ to YVR leg earned slightly less AQD than the reverse. Doesn't make sense as GST/HST is charged on the pass itself not per segment. I wonder if it is airport tax?
