First World Problem | Broken Beverage Makers on A380

At the risk of getting lynched, I recently flew on the A380 and there was no coffee available apart from instant in First. Apparently the beverage maker was broken and had been for some time now. The crew made a point of saying that it 'wasn't a priority' as it didn't affect the air worthiness of the aircraft.

Now, of course, I appreciate coffee isn't everything but I don't feel it's particularly premium to have something like this non functional in First. The crew member looking after our side said that quite a few A380s have had issues with these beverage makers and that G-XLEA, being the first aircraft, has had a lot of issues with the beverage maker.

Anybody else experienced this?
