I believe Delta is following suit in not making the qualifications for 360 so clear cut. As kop said, one can hit 47k quite easily, say a few really long haul paid BE (sorry Delta One) trips. Id agree that an invite is likely based on numerous factors, and those invited likely travel very frequently, possibly on high fare last min bookings. A good friend of mine is past 170k MQM on target to end the year at 220-240k, well over 150 segments already although im not sure his spend. And hes got no invite, even tho he flies 4-6 segments a week (light compared to others on here)
My guess is that its a balancing test of several factors with the key being profitability and control over other's travel spending.
I have met two people in the 360 program and neither are road warriors but both were VP-level execs (one in banking and the other with a financial info service). They both traveled in paid J/F enough to be maybe Plat. but maybe/probably not diamond. But each controlled a pretty big travel budget. I'm guessing that if I personally travel on $50K+ in tickets AND control over $2+ million on revenue, Delta is going to take very good care of me.
