Bad: SFO, LAX, JFK. Long queues and sometimes arrogant inspectors. Maybe US Customs and INS should create a 'green corridor' for travellers with Visa waiver cards? It's just silly to be stuck behind a jumbo-load from China when you don't even need a visa.
