That is a ridiculous assertion imo. That someone running a small company does not have a website doing online sales means nothing. Having to deal in person means not very much. Indeed, few online sites are very good at anything complicated and need to deal with an agent
By this argument, Trailfinders, which is one of the larger and a v reputable agency must be iffy since it has no online booking tool
