I was on an AA transcon when someone in coach vomited all over his seat and apparently it was a big mess.

This person was feeling very sick apparently and the pilot decided to make an unscheduled medical landing in the nearest airport, Phoenix.

The paramedics decided he was okay, they cleaned up, and we all went back on board and completed the flight uneventfully. Apparently it was a diabetes complication.

What was the reason that you had your problem on board?
