The Platinum line, a loyal customers relations through dedicated platform, a stupid idea: donīt think so.
But don't you think that a real Platinum (let's say a 40k account) should receive stellar customer service....and much better customer service than a Platinum who booked 10 RT on AZ and spend 3-4k on his Platinum status?
And is what airlines continue to do and that resulted in much better service for customers who really deserve it...
I always argued for the freeriders, as long as they did not make a fuss, unfortunately, many of them did the opposite and became too demanding, which prompted airlines to get rid of them, simply because they did not create profits any longer...
