I don't. Whilst I earn a lot of miles from being on flights, a lot also come from credit card spend. Therefore those miles have a "cost" as I could be earning cash instead via a cashback card. Plus things like the 241 have a very real cash cost. As such, I need a benchmark valuation mark to ensure I'm not better off paying cash for flights and using those miles for hotels.
