I had the same experience. I had filed a report at YYZ and within 10 minutes got a call from the baggage desk to apologize and tell me they had located my bag and it would be delivered in the morning. I got the impression that this was some sort of SE baggage desk but I could be wrong. In any case, a much better experience than dealing with that India call centre who only seems to know how to read from scripts.
