Baggage lost for 11 days. Will reaching SE tomorrow help to get it resolved?
1 of 3 checked bags didn't make it onto my flight from YYZ 11 days ago. I haven't heard a peep out of AC and call centre in India worse than utterly useless. Online tracker keeps updating every two or three days to say it's coming on a subsequent flight (AC - I'm no longer there, in fact I've been on two other continents since .. but that seems incomprehensible to the call centre). In folks experience ... what are the chances of ever seeing my belongings again...?
I was due to fly AC tomorrow/Thursday that would've tipped me into SE for 2016. I fly paid J, so am I really giving up much if I snub SE and wait until this is resolved? Or is a better idea to fly AC and use SE bargaining chip? Then I can snub them for the woeful service.
