Usual caveats apply; until/unless I hear otherwise or the information is clarified, etc, but, for now, I conider it to be a highly accurate and factual diagnosis-- all has to do with agent's sign-in "location" and, it's being suggested that it's EY-imposed. Of course accuracy of that last part could easily evolve over time, but net effect is the same regardless.

Will be curious to see if the events of today either change things at all (for better or for worse) or provide an catalyst for more transparency at all.
