Same boat. Got through to a person on Monday who took down my card information and made a note to disregard the fax if they ever find it, should have posted this morning at 5am, called the number on the back of the HHonors card to advise them... and, voilla, nothing! Was really hoping to be able to make a bill payment by the end of the month, but oh well, as long as it works eventually...
