However AA decided to change the departure time (May 29th) for 39 to 12:15pm.
Having zero knowledge of what terminal(s) we are using will 90 minutes be enough time to make this connection, or should I take an earlier flight from AMS?
Thanks in advance.
Assuming you have no mobility problems it is perfectly acceptable. The bus runs at least every 10 minutes airside, and takes max 15 minutes to reach T3. So if you have a reasonable connection you will be at T3 30-40 minutes after leaving the aircraft, and then have a security check which may take 1-15 minutes depending on the queues.
I would not worry about that connection time at all.
