United website does not reflect SAS companion ticket correctly

This spring I booked our honeymoon trough SAS and AMEX companion ticket (2 for 1 award flight). Itenary is TRD-ARN-EWR-FLL-EWR-ARN-OSL including a cruise with royal caribbean from FLL.

Most of the flight was in business class (i), except the FLL-EWR flight which was in economy (x). Stupidly enough i paid to upgrade to Eco+ on united.com

3 days ago, that flight finally opened opp in (i), and I called AMEX/SAS booking and got a confirmed upgrade to business/first on FLL-EWR.

However. When i go to united.com and enter my refnr + lastname there, the itenary still say economy+ (x) and the upgrade to (i) was done 3 days ago.

Do I need to worry, or should United update their flight soon? And will i get a refund for the eco+ upgrade?

Edit: the booking show correctly in checkmytrip.com, sas.no and lufthansa.com, just not united.com
