Hmm...so I'm seeing something similar. However, this is a very straightforward one-way trip from NYC to Florida.

Under Manage Your Flight, I see:
Itinerary is not eligible for change.
Itinerary is not eligible for cancel.
Itinerary is not eligible for seat selection.
Traveler details are not allowed to be changed.
Itinerary is not eligible to add Extras.

Flight is still being operated by an A320. The flight times did change by a few minutes.

So I need to call to make any seat changes before OLCI?
Seems like a pretty big IT glitch.
