Thanks Flame for your insight, I have the opportunity to fly first with BA all the way through to Seattle or go bus with Emirates to Dubai and then first to San Fran......that is the choice I have to make......I have done this route with first and business with BA thro London many times and last year I did first with Emirates out of Cape town with the 380 to LAX.....both airlines in my opinion were great with Emirates getting the edge due to the shower and the bar, however 16 hours on the plane is a bit much no matter how nice it is....having looked at the images online for emirates business Durban to Dubai it looks like a grandiose premium economy seat and as it is a night flight out of Durban I would really like to get some sleep.....once again thanks for your help and your thoughts are appreciated....
