Thank you
CHOPCHOP767 I expect to have the main part about my American flight online tomorrow - but just to give you a teaser - I had some great crews, one really bad crew and the food made me sick to my stomach. American's chicken with red-pepper olive tampenade and quinoa is VILE, I'd much rather have the cheese plate or pastrami sandwich from coach.

AA OTP also seems to be better than UA.
AA's Business Class seat on the 77W is great - I tried the seat on a transcon flight and really liked it! And yes American SWUs are still the best, that was the main reason I embarked on this journey.

Excellent points, AA_EXP09. Ex-BOS for TATL, however, I have to go down to JFK for AA's 77W, which I agree is an excellent J hard-product. Even with GE, JFK is kind of hassle and the schedule has been pretty limited between BOS and JFK for a while now. As such, I'm stuck with BA's pretty lousy J product. And I'll take LH over the UA coffins any-day. I do not miss flying back and forth to KWI and DXB in those. Got stuck in the middle of the 4 several times. Ouch!
UA has plans to retro-fit those birds next year according to some friends who work at United - I just hope that AA speeds up the 777-200 retro fit!

My main TATL destinations (on the USA side) tend to be LAX/SFO/YYZ.
If I don't like JFK, I can always choose to route via ORD/MIA/SEA/CLT (not that the former two airports are much better, and I haven't yet routed through CLT.)
ORD in winter with connections - no thanks
