My wife and I will be arriving in Buenos Aires at 11 a.m. on Dec 31 and were wondering how we could find out what was going on for NYE. Often Time Out is helpful in this regard, but not much seemed to be listed on its site. Is there a newspaper or online source we can check? Likewise, any suggestions for people who like music, dance clubs and interesting bars but don't necessarily want to be surrounded by *only* 20-somethings? We will be staying at an apartment in Palermo Soho, if that's helpful.

Question 2: is it better to pay for a taxi from EZE in US $, pesos, or credit card?

Question 3: are there places to buy a SIM card at EZE?
